Buddies + Downloads v2

I prewrote a description for this. I will put it on in a moment. But I want to apologize and say that this drained my patience. It took so long. And do you know what? Gakupo, IA, Sebastian, and Undertaker are missing. Don't ask why, I need to look at their configuration files. So here is my prepared description:

Special notes-

~I did not include all of the Touhou, because I don't use all of the Touhou. I only use Cirno v1 and 2, Marisa, and Flandre. Also it would take sooooo long TT.TT

~These take hours for me to do as I am a very unorganized person. I try hard, but I lose links sometimes.

~Miku and Kaito are not in here individually like in the original buddies+downloads. That is because you can get them with Vocaloid Recompiled.

~If you make one like this, the hardest part is always trying to keep your shimejis from multiplying. I have several multiples on this one ^^'

~If you use as many buddies as I have for this, your computer may run slow.

~I own an old Dell laptop with Windows Vista buisness edition.

~On my background, use the feature where it shows multiples. Otherwise it may look bad.
